Our goal is to maintain a cross-functional approach to managing the movement of materials into the military organization and then the movement of those goods toward the war fighter. Military supply chain management encompasses the planning and management of all activities involved in sourcing, procurement, conversion, and logistics management activities. It includes coordination and collaboration with channel partners including suppliers, intermediaries, third-party service providers, and customers.
We strive to integrate supply and demand management within and across the military aftermarket. To us, it is a consideration of all possible occurring events and factors that can cause a disruption in the military supply chain and a way to improve trust and collaboration among supply chain partners.
